ACT Learning Centre was founded in 2019 by Cindy Harrison and Yvonne Bateman, who spent more than 30 years building CommuniCare Therapy across Eastern Ontario. They created ACT to bring that same evidence-based, family-centered care to children and youth.

Our various group programs bring participants together to build social skills, friendships, confidence and resilience, guided by our clinical team.

Group programs have space available now, with no waitlist. Offerings span academic support, anxiety and resilience, friendship and social skills, teen neurodiversity, and a dedicated group for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.
