Iris has worked as a Special Education Technician with the Riverside School Board in Quebec and completed her studies in Special Care Counselling. With over three years of experience supporting children with special needs, she brings a calm, strengths-based approach to her work across a range of educational and program settings. 

Iris enjoys building meaningful connections with children through play, routines and everyday interactions, and is passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and is enthusiastic about joining the Entry to School program.
