Callista holds a Bachelor of Science Honours with a Major in Psychology, a Minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health and a Concentration in Developmental Psychology. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Callista is an experienced behavioural therapist who has been working with neurodivergent children for several years, specializing in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She has applied evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in both clinical and educational settings, including her work at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in the Urgent Response Services (URS) program. In addition to her clinical experience, she has supported neurodivergent students in the school system, developing individualized plans and fostering skill development in communication, social interaction and daily living. Her collaborative and compassionate approach promotes cohesive care and empowers children to achieve meaningful, long-term growth and success.
