Lucas has experience supporting families across different settings (home, school and clinical) and has trained in many different therapeutic interventions, including Collaborative Problem Solving, Circle of Security, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.

Working in both public and private settings, Lucas has supported children, teens and adults, including supporting youth navigating every facet of the mental health system, from emotional regulation and life skills to immediate crisis intervention.

Fun fact: Lucas once watched 365 movies in a year!
