Career opportunities
Any personal information sent in to ACT’s Career Opportunities in the form of a resume or application for a position is considered personal information. Submitting your resume is done with the understanding that our Human Resources Department will review it and it will be at his/her discretion whether it is given to the hiring manager and the hiring manager’s department head. The resume, or any other personal information, will not be given to a third party.
Children and privacy
ACT Therapy does not market its services to children; therefore, our company does not knowingly solicit children under the age of 13 to visit our web site.

ACT reserves the right to review and update its Privacy Statement from time to time.
