“Relationships between families and the centres where children are involved are critical to the children’s success. I admire the way ACT recognizes and values relationships with children and families. Additionally, I love being a part of a multidisciplinary team. Being a part of the first cohort for the Entry to School program has been a unique experience that has allowed me to pick up different skills and strategies from an amazing group of professionals from various fields.”

The multidisciplinary team and variety of services offered through ACT attracted my attention. I think it’s so valuable to have professionals experienced in different areas coming together to support the needs of their clients. I was also pleased to discover that ACT offers French services as this is quite limited in the community and adds an extra barrier for caregivers when seeking out services.
