Cindy is a Speech Language Pathologist and co-founder of ACT Learning Centre and ACT’S sister company, CommuniCare Therapy. Rebecca Nishimura is the director of Speech-Language Pathology and the PLAY Project. She is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with the province of Ontario.
Berdhie is an Intake Clerk at ACT. Berdhie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, an Associate of Science in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health. She is currently working towards a Master of Counselling Psychology. Berdhie is fluent in English, French and Haitian Creole.
Berdhie has worked in the medical field for many years. Previously, she worked as a medical assistant, ward clerk and receptionist. She has experience in taking vital signs, performing EKG and various clinical tests such as urinalysis, school and work physicals and strep and influenza tests. She also has customer service experience in technical support. Berdhie enjoys being with kids as they bring so much joy with their uniqueness. She also works with kids of all ages through different volunteering programs.

Christine comes to ACT with 15 years of experience in ABA, beginning as an instructor therapist and progressing to senior therapist. Christine also has over 5 years of experience as an administrative manager, specializing in Human Resources.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Design from The Ontario College of Art & Design a Graduate Certificate in Behaviour Science from Humber College and is currently enrolled in the Human Resources Management Certificate program at Algonquin College with the aim of achieving the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
Christine is into bonfires, strength training and British Shorthair cats!

Jocelyne is the Director of Operations at ACT Learning Centre.
Jocelyne graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2009 with an Honours Bachelor of Social Science with a major in both Psychology and Criminology. Upon graduation, she immediately began her work in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Jocelyne has extensive knowledge regarding early childhood intervention and the functioning of a multi-disciplinary practice. Jocelyne has continued to further her knowledge in the field by completing a series of professional development training.
Jocelyne is fluent in both French and English. She has the expertise and knowledge to guide and mentor various teams within the organization and promptly address unforeseen situations while comprehending their potential long-term implications on the clients, team members and the organization.

Richard has 10 years of experience working on the administrative side of the health care rehabilitation sector, focused on data collection, management and reporting. He was instrumental in the coordination and implementation of the School-Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) that transitioned from the Local Health Integration Networks (LHIN) to the Children’s Treatment Centres (CTC) in 2018/2019. Since 2021, he has worked on the PLAY Project and Entry to School programs as Program Evaluator through a partnered provider. In 2023, he joined the ACT Learning Centre team to continue this role.
